Kick it up a notch and get your kits finished, because three slam-bangin' contests are on the way! Silicon Valley's 11th annual Kickoff Classic, Held at Naprodaker Hall in Milpitas on Feb 22 is a big event. Fresno IPMS holds its Regional contest on March 27, and our very own KCSM will hold another contest at the Wishing Well on April 3rd. Now, get those kits finished!! Three months, three contests! No excuses!
Kings County Scale Modeler's 2nd annual Cars in the Park model contest was a hit, with well over eighty entries and twelve catagories, it turned out to be our biggest contest yet! From static display to hoppers, there was enough for everyone at this contest. A gallery devoted to the 2003 Cars in the Park can be found to the left of this page.

The contest & display held during the Cars in the Park event was well-attended as shown by these photos. Steve Alton provided a selection of 1/72 scale aircraft, while Maurice Saicon and Richard Perez added thier own talents to the catagory. Richard has also built up some armor, which was also fielded by Muarice Saicon.

All meetings are free to attend, and membership dues help to pay for the things the club enjoys doing: holding contests and traveling to other cities to attend other contests. Club meetings are held at the Wishing Well, 234 D street in downtown Lemoore.
